Founder & Team Leader, Realtor
John Logan, founder of The Logan Home Group, leads the team with a combined 14+ years of experience, with current and relevant tactics in the ever evolving Real Estate landscape. Ensuring his clients have a clear and firm understanding on up to date market conditions, expectations from contract to close, and comprehensive planning. When it comes to his clients, whether first time home buyers, someone looking for that forever home, downsizing or moving out of state, he approaches each situation with a personalized approach that fits each individual clients needs. Veteran owned and operated, the team serves Maryland, D.C., NoVa, and Southern Pennsylvania areas. Specializing in residential home sales(buying and selling) from top to bottom, investment properties, Military Relocation and VA purchases, new construction, and more. When John's not helping others achieve their dreams, he spends time with his young daughters, on the bay boating, cooking, and traveling with his beautiful wife Rebecca.

Operations Manager, Realtor
Rebecca was born and raised in Howard County, Maryland, allowing her to better serve clients moving into the state - knowing the ins and outs of the area. In her previous professional life, she spent 10 years in the IT world as a project manager and help desk technician. Now, she thrives on building lasting relationships with her clients and creating an experience out of buying or selling homes that is everlasting and memorable. As a military spouse, she enjoys helping veterans use their benefits to the fullest and making sure they are knowledgeable about the home buying process. Rebecca also assists the team with offers, compliance, and the contract to close process. When it comes to free time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband, John, and their two daughters, from traveling or relaxing at home, to boating on the bay.

Realtor
Erin is a true Howard County native, growing up in Ellicott City and graduating from Marriotts Ridge. She went on to get her Bachelors degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology from Towson University. She found a love in food and hospitality after starting to work in restaurants at a young age, ultimately moving up the ranks to become the General Manager of a local Italian restaurant for 5 years. Erin started her career in real estate after having a less than perfect experience buying her own home. She was inspired to help others by making the buying and selling process easier through market education and constant communication. When not working, Erin enjoys spending time with her new husband and 2 dogs, a Corgi named Penny and a Puggle named Parker, watching movies, and visiting state parks. She is an avid international traveler having been to 33 countries over 6 continents and is looking forward to exploring Antarctica in 2024!

Kamuri Marshall holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and initially pursued a path toward a doctorate in Pharmaceutical Sciences, with aspirations to create life-changing medicine. However, after careful consideration, he decided to pivot and follow a true passion for helping people—this time through real estate. With a strong background in science and research, he brings a detail-oriented, analytical approach to every real estate transaction. Whether assisting clients with finding the perfect home, negotiating offers, or guiding them through the buying or selling process, Kamuri is committed to ensuring each step is handled with care, precision, and expertise. Service has always been at the heart of his work. Driven by a desire to make a positive impact, he now channels that passion into real estate, focusing on helping clients achieve their goals—whether it’s finding a dream home, selling a property, or making a sound investment. Outside of real estate, he enjoys outdoor adventures, music, and reading, and values spending quality time with family. These passions keep him grounded and motivated, while a commitment to building strong, lasting relationships remains a top priority.
