This was my family’s first time going through the process of selling a house. Needless to say, but this can be a stressful process. My wife and I had our first meeting with the Logan’s, and instantly we felt like we were in great hands. They did a great job coming up with a game plan and explaining the plan to us. I’m a military man, so I love things laid out for me in that manner. If we were changing the game plan, they let us know why and ensured we agreed before changing course.
