This was my family’s first time going through the process of selling a house. Needless to say, but this can be a stressful process. My wife and I had our first meeting with the Logan’s, and instantly we felt like we were in great hands. They did a great job coming up with a game plan and explaining the plan to us. I’m a military man, so I love things laid out for me in that manner. If we were changing the game plan, they let us know why and ensured we agreed before changing course. They were always available when my wife and/or I had questions. This turned out to be a rather enjoyable experience, and I must give the Logan’s lion’s share of the credit for that.
